We want The First 30 Nights to genuinely help you and your puppy. If it doesn't, or it's just not for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. No forms, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (or use our contact page). We'll refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Digital products
All Sleepy Pup Co products are digital downloads, so there's nothing to send back. Refunds cover the full order, including any add-ons bought with it.
Download problems
If your download link doesn't work or a file won't open, contact us and we'll send a fresh link or help you open it.
Your rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which can't be excluded.
